FUNDING FROM THE DANISH ARTS COUNCIL

I am very grateful as I have just received funding from the Danish Arts Council for my participation in the exhibition "Global Village" in Alkmaar/Amsterdam in January 2010.

ART & FIFA 2010 WORLD CUP SOUTH AFRICA

The World Cup is held in South Africa in 2010 and for the first time ever in Africa. FIFA has decided to choose 5 artists from each of the 32 qualified countries to create an art work and in this way represent their country. 

I am happy to inform you that I'm one of the 5 chosen artists. The other artists are Jonna Pedersen, Frodo Mikkelsen, Asbjørn Lønvig and another not yet published artist. 

The paintings will be exhibited in the 32 countries and there will be made a lito of each art work in a limited edition, numbered and signed.
